I’ve had my tanks for about 18 months so far. I’ve made a lot of the newbie mistakes and have lost fish and coral. They’re doing well but I have this algae growing and can’t find out what it is and what to do about it. Does anyone know what this is? It’s kinda pretty but it loves my Zia’s and gonis.

I honestly can't make anything out in the pic - sorry - but the description here (assuming they're not feather duster worms) leads me to thinking either hydroids or an octocoral of some kind (like clove polyps, for example).
 
Hopefully this is more helpful. Apparently my peppermint shrimp wanted to be included too

Yeah, definitely hydroids - it's generally recommended to remove them:
I've heard smothering the hydroids with kalk paste may work, but here are some other threads with suggestions that might be helpful:
