Would like some help identifying this guy... Also, if someone could identify the coral behind it, that would be cool too!

Aiptasia!

Kill it quickly, not good.

I personally use aiptasiaX with great success

That anemone is aiptasia unfortunately... everybody’s gonna tell you to get rid of it ASAP by pulling it off manually then putting epoxy or superglue over where it was. Super annoying to get rid of once they get to plague proportions so better to start now. The coral in the back is a micromussa lordhowensis (Formerly known as an acanthastrea lordhowensis. Looks really happy too

That’s a manjo kill it with fire before it spreads and they take over your tank. Not sure on the one in the background.

Majano or aiptasia it doesn't matter, treatment is the same. Kill it with fire!

Coral in the back is not an M. lordhowensis. It looks more like a Manicina areolata a stony coral that commonly hitchhikes on live rock. Was your LR from the Caribbean by any chance? These "fleshy" corals tend to be hard to ID since in the wild they can assume several different growth form, so geographical distribution helps A LOT
