Unknown aqua SD freebie ID

Got a freebie from my order with aqua SD. Have no idea what I think this could be. Any help with ID would be good. In the bag I thought it was a play polyp but I had to glue it back to the plug and it is definitely a hard calcium skeleton. Almost a perfect cylinder.
