Unknown Bumps

I was on vacation and on my arrival home I noticed the bumps on the front portion of the bottom of my blue tang no white heads like icy but This particular fish has had multiple bouts with ich and has survived prior these bumps are very different from ich bumps however in my experience any help would be appreciated

Really difficult to tell from this picture unfortunately.

No new livestock added recently? My Blue Tang loves to jam itself into my rock work which causes sand/debri to stick to its mucus sometimes

Can’t tell from picture but My blue tang often gets little bumps scrapes(injuries) from running or jamming into rocks and always freaks me out thinking ich but heals in a day or two. I would just keep watching
