Unknown Condition

My Kole tang has this strange condition that I haven't seen before and don't know how to treat. He is acting normally, eating great and acting like a normal tang. He did go through a 30 day quarantine and tank parameters are all within normal ranges. Thanks for the help.

I’m not an expert with fish diseases but that kind of looks looks like a wound to me.

I agree it also looks like a bacteria infection is keeping it from healing

Antibiotics for bacteria infection, maybe Maracyn 2 will help here

It's tough to see things under blue lights, but is the pectoral fin eroded? Looks like it could be related - and possibly a bacterial infection due to some injury.

How long has it been this way?
Did it show up mostly all at once, or did it grow over time?
Do you have a treatment tank you can use?
