Need help to ID this branching coral with small green polyps with “lashes”
It has soft skeleton and polyps retractable

Interesting. The small size and hair-like lashes remind me of a colonial hydroid, but I've never seen them with such a relatively large oral disk.

Do they retract into a tube like structure?

Yes they do retract back to a tiny tube like structure, but it’s a soft one unlike pipe organ

I’d agree with colonial hydroids however I have them and they don’t seem to branch like what you say, instead they seem to prefer staying in small clumps on one piece of rockwork (Surprise surprise it’s the same one with a thriving mollusk on it).
