I got this coral in a bundle yesterday and it is in my quarantine tank. I've dipped it and acclimated it but it isnt looking too good. Do you have an Idea of what it is so I can see if there is something I am doing wrong. I would hate for me to lose a coral.

welcome to r2r. im sorry its under these circumstances. I'm not going to be able to provide much help.
Is it a hard or soft coral?
Bump. Somebody will stop by to help. Than we will all learn something

Can you flip it so we can see the other side. Looks to be super glued to the rock. If it is a keyna tree. It may not be as bad as you think.

Everything is zero. It's a quarantine tank so it's my water rock from my main tank.

I superglue it to the rock. I dipped it and cut it off the plug it was on and then super glued it to the rock

Sorry guys I had to go to work. It isn't dead yet though

salinity: 1.025
nitrates, nitrites, ammonia phosphates: 0
Calcium: 480ppm
hardness: 161.1 ppm
Temp: 76-77

It isn't completely soft as when it comes out of water it kinda holds form and isn't mucousy to the touch but it isn't rock hard as it does wobble a little. ON closer inspection it has white barbs on it.

When i got it I got temp acclimated over 45 minutes and then rose salinity over another 45. I then dipped it in insecticide and eventually glued it to the rock. I then placed it in the aquarium.
