Unknown critter

Can anyone ID this thing? They are little white tubular things that I've been spotting. 2 under my elegance and 2 on separate pieces of rock. Any ideas? They are stationary and seem to be harmless... Help a rookie out!

Yep. Pineapple sponges. I had loads of them when I first started my tank. They went away in the first year. Harmless.
