Unknown critters!! Cycling tank!!

Hello R2R!!!

So we are 2 weeks into our cycling our 29 bio cube (live rock, live sand and bacteria). Today we found two snail/clam looking things, long worm thing and black small worm things. We could only get pics of the snail thing...

Do we need to get rid of them and how????

What you call a "flea" looks like an Amphipods (good guys)...
I can't make out the other.

The can run like a **** and there are a bunch of them. They seem to be eating the diatoms
