I have these tiny white specs moving around in my tank and theyre everywhere idk what they are but there is alot are they good? Bad? I cant post a picture because my light messes with the camera and it isnt visible

Put the light to the side of the tank and back light the swarm. You won't be able to take a pic still but you'll be able to see more detail on the bugs.

Copepods mysid shrimp are pretty likey.

Yes it is. Free Clean up crew and free fish food. Corals too.
