Follow the label instructions. Neoplex is one scoop per 2 gallons, one dose for 7 days. Always dose antibiotics in a treatment tank, not your main dispkay.

I need an antibiotic that is for human use because here it is difficult to find these drugs for fish. And I need the dosage too.

Sorry - That becomes impossible for me to say - first, I cannot make recommendations for human medications to be used for fish. Second, human medications often have excipients and binders in them. A 250 mg pill might only have 150 mg of active ingredient. Since I don't know how the pills were made, I cannot tell you the dose.

unfortunately here in Brazil there is no antibiotic for use in fish, the only one available for fish is neomycin sulfate 210mg.

If that is the amount of active ingredient, and if the pills do not have binders or excipients that would harm the fish, you can dose that at 66 mg per liter. That would be one of those pills per 3.2 liters of tank volume. Repeat the dose every three days for up to three times. Monitor the ammonia level during treatment.
