Unknown fish disease? Help!

So I’ve had this Exquisite purple firefish for about 9 months now and about 2 months ago he stopped eating, stopped swimming around, and acted lethargic. I haven’t been able to get him to eat anything, it will literally hit him in the face and he’s not interested lol. He hasn’t shown any physical signs of illness the past 2 months, besides not eating. Any idea what it could be? I’m afraid he’s going to die soon!
I’ve been feeding frozen mysis, prime reef flakes, and frozen brine from time to time, plus I have a huge population of small and large pods in the tank, but nothing seems to interest him

Anytank mates bugging him?
I cant see any obvious disease in that pic.

The only tank mates are a clown and YWG that all get along nobody has ever picked on anyone that I know of, have coral and everything else is doing fine just this guy, do you know what could cause them to stop eating?

Could just be old age.

Could be a parasitic isopod attached in the mouth...
He really looks ok in the pic...
#reefsquad have any other ideas why hed stop eating?

He’s got to be eating, maybe just not catching him in the act.. 2 months is too long to go and not eat. I agree he looks clean, color may be a bit washed but nothing a good diet or vitamins can’t help.

Any new additions or changes? Check out the water? Breathing ok? I will mention they are better off in tanks with substrate and plenty of rock work with caves for hiding. BB isn’t ideal.

If you can get some black worms, a frozen clam you can slice up, garlic guard or Selcon those are thing to help supplement to stimulate feeding. Snap a few more pix if you can get other angles
