Someone known what it is please help. Tje spot on my gem tang for.over a month. Thanks

The spot looks raised a bit and cottony/fibrous in texture. If so, it's probably Lymphocystis, a harmless virus. It's similar to the human herpes virus in that once you have it, you have it for life. The eruptions (cottony spots) usually occur on the fins, lateral lines and head areas.
To treat this condition, pristine water quality and a wide variety of frozen foods with proteins, fats and vitamins. Can add vitamins like Zoecon, Selcon, etc. to increase vitamin dose.

If it was Ich it’s still in your tank but the fish was healthy enough to fight it off.
Thanks for advice. I don’t think it’s ick. On my gem for about 2 months . If that was ick, without treating it already spread to other part of itself or other fish. Also so the spot look bigger and not come and go like ick. I don’t know man, wait and see what happen next.
