Manual removal with tweezers, yellow coris wrasse. I don't know what dips can be used.

If you can remove the entire frag from the tank, it would easier as you can flick off the nudi and also use a brush (either a soft clean paint brush or eye makeup brushes) to brush off any eggs on the coral and the frag base.
