Unknown led fixture

I picked up this led timer/dimmer last night for $40 but I don't know how to program it. If anyone knows and can help

Nice! Take advantage of the programmable feature I had one and wanted to put 2 more on my 90 couldn't come across them so I went mh t5 combo... great light for QT Strong leds

Did your light have dimmer knobs? Mine does and so the menu seems different then what you've shared.

No mine didn't have the knob you speak of. It was all programmable

Oh yeah cause I don't have the option to adjust intensity. My options are a0,a1 up to i0,i1. I'm just not sure how to make the times I input stick they always seem to clear and I'm left with no program.
