Any way to ID this flat worm species? And also what are the other little crawlies there?

If the ID list is correct, then a type of amphipod.

Looks like munnid isopods and possibly aceol flatworms.

From my experience they are harmless other then eating various small pods. If you want you could add a wrasse to eat them.

They would eat the pods too though
I get what you're saying though. I just lost my only fish in the tank so I have tons of microfauna showing up now.
