Unknown thing in my tank

Hi! I’ve had this tank running for a bit over a year and I’ve seen this weird thing in it twice now, not sure what it is or if it is good or bad. I included some pictures, so if anyone knows what it is or what caused it please let me know! It has a weird clear almost mucus like thing around it. I am not 100% sure but I think I have seen a Oenone fulgida worm in that rock before. I assume it may be from that, so if anyone knows how to get rid of them, those tips will be much appreciated as well!

Almost looks like it could be from a vermetid snail.
