Unknown White Creature

This white growth or creature appeared from underneath my superman mushroom that I have had for several months. I noticed he didn't look very happy today and he is mostly asleep in this picture. Any idea what it is?

Pineapple Sponge.

Sort of looks like a pineapple sponge if zoom in.

At first thought a nudi of some description but probably a sponge if under the mushroom,but lets see what others say

A clearer photo would be best if possible but I agree with the others for now. It does appear to have the basic outline and color of a pineapple sponge.

Thanks everyone. I removed him this evening since he was usurping my first coral. I am beginning to feel like I have one invader after another!

The picture doesn't show it but the mushroom was being pushed off the frag by the pineapple. I look carefully at my tank every day and he popped up real quick after some time of lurking around apparently.

Look in the sump or other hidden areas. There might be many more.

Pineapple sponges die off as your tank matures, I had alot pop up and they all went on their own didn't really cause any issues that I can remember.
