Unknown white spot

Does anyone know that this might be? White dot on smaller clown right under dorsal fin. I’m thinking of external parasite but idk.

Can't see the movie - is it a new fish? Any other symptoms? It does not clearly look like a parasite - could be an injury - and would watch for infection/worsening or other symptoms at this point. Unfortunately, I cannot open the movie and a picture under white lights and some more history would help:)

It’s gone now I don’t know what it was but there is a faint white mark left but I think it’s good.

The white spot in the photo was too big to be ich. More likely to be a mucus plug or even a grain of sand. In either case, sounds like it is no longer present. I doubt you have anything to worry about.
 
Looked like a sand grain which they often pick up
