I see sponges and I hope I'm wrong but some vermitid also....

Sponges, maybe some vermetids and spirorbid worms.

Once you have vermetid snails you'll never not have them. If that's a new coral I'd pull it and scrape them all off, and quarantine it for a while.

I've had that Coral for almost 6 months. I do think I have some vermetids in my tank.
