Unknown worm?

Can someone please identify what this is? There are a few of these coming out of a hole in my rock at night. When I try to get it with tweezers it stretches until a piece breaks off, both pieces are

I cannot see the video. I would not be concerned - per se. One night - I happened to come to my tank - turned on the lights in the room only to find a 3 foot bright red worm wriggling across the water (in the middle of the tank). Never saw it again. Never put my Hands in the tank again lol. In any case - are there mutiple 'tentacles' protruding or just one. I cannot see the video,

There are multiple threads. 5 or 6 all coming out of one hole in the rock. The video isn’t much different than the pics it just shows it moving around.
