Unknown Zoa. Help ID

Purchased this zoa , has two heads . Wasn’t given a name so any help would be appreciated . I’m thinking it’s a butt muncher ?

It does have a double skirt. Top skirt is somewhat greenish and bottom skirt is yellowish .
