i have gotten new live rock and new frags yesHave you recently added live rock? It does look like a baby upside-down jellyfish. Not a pest per se, but a specialty animal to keep.

I call first dibsOh, yeah, upside-down jelly. Very cool. Maybe find a really low-flow area in your tank, put it inside a glass cup, and see how it does? They plant their top against the ground and pulse gently in place, they don't move around like other jellies. You can read up on their care, and if you don't want it, you could always just give it away once it gets a bit larger.
