Again for everyone who has already ordered their tanks: we can allow a small grace period for shipping issues if your tank has been purchased. I don't want anyone getting penalized if you've been on it and have your orders in.
For all future orders: I think Aliexpress is out as an option as they need at least a month of lead time.

Not worried gives me time to get all my goodies together and ready.

Should have just gone through ebay but they said it would be here by end of month. Then when I purchased it changed to 75 days. First and last time ever using them.

Did you figure out a way to get a refund. Or had you not paid yet?

No they said they sent it already and wouldn't cancel the order. So we will see when it gets here. No biggie should have known better and just spent the couple extra bucks. Lesson learned for sure. Tracking this am says it's on the plane but I seriously have my doubts. Gonna stay positive tho.

Who says its one the plane? Is it the seller or the company shipping? Who is the company shipping?

Aliexpress is the platform. It's like a cheap China amazon. It's coming direct from China
It's seriously not a big deal.

Alieexpress is the purchase platform. I was asking as if the information had a tracking number and was using DHL, fedex, etc. The information is probably accurate. Hopefully it works out for you.

I'm sure it'll all workout just fine! Whatever happens, you're still in the contest having ordered so far in advance, and usually Aliexpress is on it.
Keep me updated on any major issues though.

I'm just worried if the soft bag will just empty out because it's not waiting for air to enter to let water out. I'm thinking a hard container would be better.

Seems I'm the first guinea pig for tank mods.

Just wanted to let you all know and confirm.

1. They do ship form the US Cummings Georgia.

2. They gave me a free tray (I ordered before @Ben's Pico Reefing had spoken to them but I think he spoke to them before they shipped it and they may have just included me?) Or they give everyone a free one but either way super cool.

3. It came fast. I ordered last Friday Night or Saturday? I forget it's in this thread somewhere. Got it today. Thursday. They shipped it Monday I'm pretty sure.

4. It's the proper model. They have white and black with the blue LED (i chose white). A lot of places only had White with the White LED.

So any Americans still looking to get on board. You've got plenty of time!

Had some major life issues arise so I'll be busy the next 2-3 weeks, but I'll definitely get it set up by the start date!!!!

Can't wait to start working on the mini scape in a couple weeks!!!

Awsome it came to you quickly. I ordered mine originally from the mini complete tank site before I knew about the US based Tank.Mods. there was a specially where you got the free base but that ended last month I believe so you might have ordered just in time. Congrats and praying all goes well in the mean time.

I got a notification that my mini tank just arrived from Aliexpress today!! I won't be able to see it until tomorrow, but I'm super excited. I also got my AquaSD order yesterday! My maxi mini anemones are beautiful. I'm still deciding which one(s) will be in the mini tank, if any, but I'm really anticipating the start date!

Congrats everyone for getting your aquariums in the mail, I'm very happy to see everyone getting into it!
