Unsquare Tank

Hi All -

I've had my Fluval Evo up and running since January '21, and today while doing some extra deep cleaning husbandry I noticed that my lid does not fit square anymore like it used too and I have a seam that is starting to come away from the glass (the black hold it together stuff).
I have it on an ikea shelving system - I know not the best and probably put myself in this predicatment.
If it were you - would you start looking for a new tank?

If you can see the seam starting to pull away and the tank is not square anymore, I think it's fair to think that tank could fail at any moment.

Yes, also ensure house insurance in place and or arm bands/ floating devices for any children lol

I would treat this as an "emergency". Don't wait around...
