Unsure what algae this is

i have been looking around and cant find a good picture that matches this algae. Any ideas?

Aside from manual removal what eliminates it?

I just looked at that thread. The algae I have looks more like a fern that what is shown in the pictures there. Do you think that is still bryopsis?

Yes. There are many types of bryopsis.
