Is it soft or does it have a hard skeleton?

It’s soft. It moved from one part of the tank to another. Could be a small anemone however it just looks like a ball all the time

Was able to knock it off and suck it up. Does appear to be anemone like

Did you just add gulf rocks? Maybe put it in a nem cage and see what it does?

No new rocks were added. I put it in my small frag tank and will watch it.

I do have green and rainbow BTA’s but this looked a lot different

When they move around they can deposit parts of their feet, maybe one of the nems dropped a little bit of it's foot but when nems are that small they're hard to even tell what kind it is. I would put my money on Green Bubble Tip though.
