TBH, I didn't even return them. I had such an unpleasant experience with the owner via Facebook chat that I decided it wasn't worth it to even bother. They seemed more insulted that I would suggest I had a whelk purchased from them than showing any interest in fixing it.That’s good they’re taking it back and replacing the killed snail. Best bet is to be very certain of what you buy in the future. Don’t trust a label.
