Up date on my fish.. Help

So here's the story on Copper Safe and the API copper test kit. There have been some problems this past year with the strength of the Copper Safe varying considerably from bottle to bottle. And the API copper test kit is incredibly inaccurate.
We've been recommending using Copper Power (the blue one) as the dosage is consistent and the dosage on the bottle is pretty accurate. For measuring/checking the copper level we've been recommending the use of the Hanna High Level Copper Checker. It's very accurate, so you will know when you have reached the therapeutic level with very high confidence. Range is 1.5 ppm to 2.0 ppm. I like to split the difference and try to stay at 1.75ppm.
The fact that you still have some white spots may indicate that the therapeutic level may have not been maintained consistently for the 30 days for ich/velvet.
They just stayed in it 2 weeks someone told me 2 was all they needed so I guess I will put them back in copper for 4 weeks

Most parasites have a 12-14 day life cycle. Copper only kills Ich/velvet parasites during their "free swimming" stage where they are searching for a "host" to attach and feed upon. So 14 days in copper is cutting it a bit close and if doing this we suggest then to transfer the fish at the end of 14 days into a fresh QT and observe for 10-14 days to see if the parasites have been stopped or not. So for most a 30 day in copper is easier and perhaps safer to ensure the fish is parasite free. After the 30 days you will be spending a few days removing the copper with water changes, running carbon, and or a copper removing matrix like Seachem's Cuprisorb. While doing this, watch the fish for any signs of parasites. Sometimes a second round is necessary, especially if for some reason the copper dropped below therapeutic level.
After the copper, consider deworming the fish with General Cure. It contains both metro and prazi, and is easier on the fish than Prazipro. Two doses 5-7 days apart with a 25% water change before the 2nd dose. After the 2nd dose wait 5-7 days and you are done.

Thank you I am getting a new Qt set up now a 75 gallon I have the copper at 1.0 now should I bring it up to 2.0 before transfer them or should I raise it slow? And since I am moving them into a 75 gallon will I still have to do water changes every day?

Just keep an eye on a Seachem ammonia alert badge. It will tell you when you need to do water changes. Best to start them out at 1.0 and raise to 1.75 ppm (my personal favorite using a Hanna HL Copper Checker) as needed depending on the condition of your fish. Active velvet requires you to raise withing 24-48 hours to therapeutic level of 1.5-2.0 ppm.
