Ive been out of the hobby for bit due to many moves in the Bay Area. This looks to be my final move and now we are in escrow. My question is the house is not laying on a slab on concrete. I couldnt crawl under the house just yet but looks to be maybe 2 feet off the ground. Id like a 150 Reef and a 180 FO. They will not be placed next to each other. My question is how tank weight is too much before I would have to consider reinforcement to the flooring?

I would reinforce for just the one. Better safe then sorry, especially with 100+ gallons of water.
Some deck support blocks and 4*4 should do the trick, depending on your situation of course.
