Neptune Support has personally contacted me to try and correct my attitude towards their AFS (Auto Fish Feeder). First I have to say that calling me and talking to me is much better then email's. Emailing can always screw things up. I had a pleasant conversation with them and they assure me that the AFS will be repaired and work this time around. Something about using different parts, not sure exactly. Anyway, they made things right with me and I'm pleased. Way to Go Neptune and Thanks, "Jon!"
