Loos like you are off to a good start! I’m just curious about the air stone and wanted to know if there is a reason you are running it. I would also like to hear more about the setup and equipment.

Sorry I had it in there because I didn’t have a protiene skimmer so when cleaning the tank I would put it under the wave maker and smoke out the tank with micro bubbles to agitate the detritus and catch some free floating protienes and some oxygenation for fish and coral the crabs love it they shower in it but I only do it right b4 and during a deep clean.

I only had it in there to agitate the diatoms as a recommendation I recieved right before a tank clean/water change. Also I do want some live mycis. Do you have a place to buy some?
