Length (fish swimming room) and front-to-back dimension (rock-stacking/coral-growing room) are the two most critical measures IMO.
Height relates more to my ability to maintain the tank than anything else these days.
If you can do it, I really think the 120 is the perfect compromise on all of these points. The 90 is my least favorite size as it's too tall, but you get nothing in terms of length or width for the "price" as you would with the 120. 75 is also a nice compromise.
One exception I'll throw out is that if branchy SPS are your thing, then the extra vertical space will be worth a bit more to you than in most other cases (for growth room as well as to aid flow)....90 might be more worthy in this scenario.
