Upgrading 29 to 65 & ... Have to cycle again ?

like the tittle says m upgrading my biocube cause a leaking for a 65 gal tank the tank have two days running i put some live rock and sand from my biocube and add start smart complete my parameter so far are

nitrite 0.2
ammonia 0
nitrate 50 +
ph 7.2

what do you think i should add all my live stock ? ?

You shouldn't add any livestock until after you ammonia and nitrite read zero consistently. Nitrates need to be 20 or below also. You will be going through a cycle of some kind. Hopefully a short one.
