upgrading and moving multiple tanks and equipment at the same time?

So I plan on upgrading both of my tanks, problem is I need to move the old tanks out of the way and switch around a bunch of equipment before I can set up the new tanks. . . is it ok to switch everything out all at once as long as I move my cycled media and rock?

Yeah you should just be fine. I would just add new sand as depending on how old your tank is, the live sand is probably filled with dead organic matter which when stirred and added to a new tank will cause a cycle.

Yes, you can do a full break down and swap about and shouldn't run into issues so long as you take some precautions.

As mentioned above, don't reuse the existing sand without thoroughly washing it. At a dollar a pound, its worth it to me to wash the sand

Pull as much Good water off the top of your tanks as possible, before disturbing anything. Once you start moving rock and sand, the water left should be discharged.

Plan to have your existing livestock on life support, double the time you expect. Something is going to go sideways. Always does.

During the breakdown is a great time to blast all of the gunk out of the pores of your live rock.
