Ok, so I am upgrading my 29 gallon to a 40 breeder. The problem is that the new aquarium is going into the same spot the old one is in. I have 60 lbs of new sand, and will be using the live rock from my current setup along with some new dry rock I got. The only things currently in the tank are LPS and soft corals, a cleaner shrimp, porcelain crab, icon starfish, hermits and snails. Now I know after I setup the new tank the water will be cloudy, probably for a day or two (I plan on rinsing the sand to minimize this), my question is will it be OK to put the coral and inverts into the new tank while it's still cloudy, or do I need to set up a holding tank for them? Some corals I won't be able to do this with as they are encrusted on the rocks.

And would hooking up a canister filter help clear the cloudiness faster?
