So I haven’t made the switch to LED lights yet. Still running an old school Current Marine Outer Orbit. T5s and Halides. Well it’s been a month now that I have to change the bulbs out again and want to switch to LED for heat and running costs. Tank is a 220 mixed reef. Looking at the Ocean Revive T247 and the Bloomspect/Vipaspectra lights. Needing advise on which would be better. I was thinking 3 units should be fine. I just don’t know which ones would be better and powerful enough to get enough PAR to the sand bed. I have a LFS that swears by the Ocean Revive. They have around 30 of them on their tanks. The wattage between the lights listed is considerably different. Ocean Revive is 120w and the others are 165w. I’m not opposed to spending the money on something better, but I’m not giving into the Ecotech ridiculous price tag if these Chinese boxes work!

I have no experience with the lights you listed...but whatever light you decide to go with. Ensure you get enough of them to replace the setup you have now which is Halides and T5's. For instance, I moved from 3-400 watt Fixtures with 320 watts of VHO to 5 GHL led mitras fixtures. These fixtures have super wide coverage as well. Keep that in mind when you make your decision. You will want similar spread and light intensity with new setup or you will not be happy.
