Upgrading nano / biocubes

Currently I have a 14gal nano cube that’s completely overstocked (but thriving). Tons of mushrooms, leather, acan, couple of SPS, clown, 6-line, blue chromis, small naso, fire fish, pajama, bubble tip anemone, coral banded shrimp, sally light foot and other crabs, etc.

I retrofit LEDs into the canopy and run Purigen and chemi-pure elite. Everything seems to happy has a clam!

I Just bought a 32 gal Biocube.
Question: I like to use my rock and everything from the nano in the new 32 biocube (and the space it sits too). Besides the sand (Plan on adding new live sand), CAN I MOVE EVERYTHING FROM THE SMALLER NANO TO THE NEW BIOCUBE, skipping the cycling?

Keeping a naso in a 14 gallon is absolutely insane. Even 32 is simply not large enough. You should find another home for it.
