Tax season for me means upgrading equipment this year! Two things i will be upgrading are my controller and skimmer. Ill be getting an apex so ill be ready for trident. My current skimmer is a bubble magus curve 7 but i feel like im pushing its limits and would like something that can handle much more as i have a heavy bio load and also for future upgrade to bigger tank. Ive been looking at a few and have narrowed it down to 4 ( unless anyone else has other ideas). Wondering if any of them would be “too much” for my system.

-reef octopus regal 250 sss dc controlled
-Super reef octopus sro 6000sss space saver(would that be too much?)
-bubble magus curve 9 dc controlled
-bubble magus curve b10

I have 100g display and 30g sump and its heavily stocked. Ill include a lists of my current inhabitants :
Blue throat

Copperbanded

Hippo tang

Ebili tang

Foxface

Melanurus wrasse

Leopard wrasse

Maroon clown

2 clarki clowns

Hawkfish

Greenspot mandarin

Diamond goby

Pink spot goby

3 Lyretail Anthias
