I have a 32 biocube and I’m planning to upgrade to a 90 gallon(I have all equipment, just needs to be plumbed and water tested).
My current tank has had a Cyano problem for the last 3 months. I think from a few things(lack of flow, not enough water changes, not enough sand syphoning). I did the peroxide test and it was unaffected, so I think it’s actually spirulina. Tank is about 9 months old.
My question is, how do I go about moving everything over to the new tank with the Cyano? Should I fix the issue before moving everything over or deal with the Cyano in the new tank?
I plan to keep all my live rock and use new sand in the 90(seeded with a little bit of old sand).
