Good eavning been a while since I have done anything to my tank. I have a innovative marine 10 gallon with a nice live rock and one clown fish. I have the stock light that came with the tank I have tried some corals and never seems to work out long term. All of my peramiters are always good when testing also do water changes religiously. Anyways my conclusion is the stock light just ain’t up to the job. I am interesting in upgrading and have no idea were to start I have been told the kessil lights are a good place but there are so many diffrant options. Anyways long term goal is a few basic corals. The other four is maybe get involved with a nem and not corrals but probably gonna stick with corrals anyways any help would be appreciated thanks in advance!!!!!

Best bang for your buck would be the AI prime HD. Most retailers have them for $199 right now. Throw in the mount for about another $25. Perfect light for that tank with plenty of power and controllability. Kessils are great as well. Between a A160, gooseneck and controller your looking at around $350. Either light is perfect for the IM10

Hey thank for the advice what about the kessil A80 seems to have pretty good reviews has anyone had a chance to try it do you like it? Seems like a nice light for a NANO tank?

Not sure about the A80. I have the H80 for a refugium and it is not very powerful. Both are great lights but I'd say that the A80 most likely would only grow low light corals or NPS.

I wouldn't do the A80, you're just going to want to upgrade it later on, I'd preferably go with the A160. You could also do the AI Prime HD if you want something wifi controllable without any kind of external controller.
