I currently have a 120 litre tank and am currently cycling my new 300 litre tank. Once it's cycled can I add all 5 fish together (bearing in mind I'll have to move all my rock work to catch the fish)? I'm planning on moving over my corals gradually after the fish go. Any advice gratefully appreciated!

You could use the old water change water from your 120 liter tank and add it to your 300 liter tank. It would help establish the same environment the fish are accustom to. I think it would be fine to add the fish at the same time.

I just upgraded. only thing I changed was got new live sand and just upgraded fish and corals all in one day.

Just move some of your current rock over to bring the bacteria with it. Expect an ammonia spike since you wont have all the bacteria you need so keep an eye out for a few days

+1 Sometimes a mini-cycle can occur during a tank move. If it does happen, it usually doesn't last long. Best to play it safe by monitoring via Seachem ammonia alert badge and have a bottle of ammonia reducer handy just in case.
