I’m installing a max s400 next week. Tank is going in an alcove off living room that is 7’ wide. So if I center the tank that leaves about 20” on either side. Consequently I will not be able to install trim piece along bottom of tank. So I have 2 options. 1. Leave tank and stand at angle with stand feet on furniture sliders install trim and slide tank/stand into place. Option 2 place tank/stand in place and cut the trim piece in half and install from each side. That will leave a small seam. Stand is black so I don’t think it will be too visible. Any ideas? And no another location is not possible without 3rd option. Get rid of wife.
