Ok guys I went a head and gave it a go.
No Info on the web or instrustions so I thought I would do a write up. In the end it is pretty easy but with a little help it will make it supper fast.

Fallow at your own risk...

This is what your upgrade V2 to V2+ PCB chip will look like.

Steep one:
Disconnect light from power - that should be a given.

Start by unscewing the small scews on bottom of light. 13 for each fan section. I have the 24" v2 So 26scres total.
I suggest putting them in a small bowl or cup.

Step 4:

Unscrew grounding wire?? ( not sure what it is just guessing.) It's the yellow one.
once it's unscrewed you can remove it from the PCB board. there might be some red goo that holds it together but it does come out. the LED lens are easy to remove and put back so dont worry about that.

Step 5:
Unscrew the bolts that are holding down the PCB board there are 2 of them.
The silver ones -finding this step took awhile never worked with electric boards before so it was a shoot in the dark.

Step 6:

Now that the screws are out you can left up the board to get you the plug on the right side. There is a red goo that is holding it in place. Take the end of your screw drive and cut it away.
And pull plug out.

Plug in plug you just removed in New blue board.
Make sure it's in there good. be mindful to get wires back on the right side of the light. out of the way.

Step 8
Attach the other plug that screws in to the yellow screw.

Place PCB board Back on heat sink, be mindful to line up holes for the sliver bolts that hold it in place.

Step 9
Make sure all LED lenses are in place all wires look good and all connections secure and put back on top of light and sides.

Be mindful of the 8 flat screws they go on the ends.

Step 10 plug in and test!
Worked like a charm! Using new controller on old light. So now its a V2+
Will test that I can run both lights -older V2 just upgraded and brand new V2+ on same new controller tomoorw and report back.
