Ups delay

Ups has my order from reefcleaners in town but wants to deliver it tomorrow. I called customer service in India that’s useless, is there any way I can get ahold of someone locally? Not so much for this order as it’s just snails and inverts but in the future if there is fish or coral dying?

they have an option i think its like $6 hold for pick up at location which is what I do you have to wait until 2pm by me to pick up but better to know than guess right
