I would say grape juice also.... The upscales almost looks like a pink lemonade with bright purple polyps the grape juice has a more whitish body....

I have both and from that picture it looks like upscales microlaudes. upscales is a brighter neon green vs the yellow of the grapejuice. upscales has a bluer polyp to the more purple polyp of the grapejuice.

you don't need a DYI most good camera shops will carry them. They almost look like a mic boom.:bigsmile:

thanks...ok i was thinking maybe a acrylic housing with "braces" to go over the opening...hmmm maybe it's time i broke out my new router since i have a 3x3 sheet of new acrylic.......

I had the same problem with my shaky hands and I made something out of an old swingarm desk lamp. I bolted on a small clamp in place of the base to clip on to my canopy, added a thumbscrew to attach to the camera body on the other end, and added wingnuts to the pivot points so it could be locked in position. It wasn't able to support the weight of the camera on its own, but it definitely made a difference for keeping the camera steady. Unfortunately my wife threw it out thinking it was nothing more than a broken lamp. I'll see if I can dig up a couple pics...

sad news. half of the base of this has stn'd I put epoxy on the receding tissue to try to stop it.
