Upsetting

So I attempted to take my NY Nicks off the drag plug (by hand) and it split into multiple pieces, now I’m not talking fell apart by cracked into pieces still being held together by flesh. I had putty in my hand so I attempted to keep everything in order and place it on the rock work. What are the odds it will make it?

All of my parameters are where they are supposed to be.

I've broken a few hammers trying to get them off of a plug. I've quit trying and trim the plug with bone cutters instead of prying on the skeleton. On the ones where the flesh was damaged, they didn't make it, On the others, I held the skeleton together and ran superglue non gel over the crack to repair it. They continued on. All depends on if the tissue is damaged.
