Upsizing question

Going from a jbj 30 to a 210 gallon tank and I'm wondering if I could just add everything from my 30 gallon to seed the rest if in going to have any issues.
Roughly 40lbs in the 30 gallon. I have 150 lbs of rock that I bleached for two weeks, powerwashed, then baked in sun for a week, then soaked for another week. Adding roughly 80lbs of new sand being added. Should I be ok to transfer while just paying attention to ammonia. I have prime sitting around in case.

I did the same recently, transfered some LR from a smaller tank to my 57gal with some dead rock. I had very few corals at the time which didn't affect them.

Do you have any livestock or corals? They might take a hit.
