It would be very cool if this forum had reddit-style upvote/downvotes where participants could vote to support/dislike replies and comments. It's quite time consuming and difficult to sift through long threads to identify the substantive info. Just a thought! Keep rockin r2r!

IMO, leads to hive mind too easily. in reefing, there are usually n+1 "correct" ways to do something

That may be true in other online ecosystems, but what value does a "like" have? I think upvotes on this site would greatly help readers efficiently find replies that others simply think are worth reading.
