Is he those colors? He looks like this- Saltwater Aquarium Inverts for Marine Reef Aquariums: Pincushion Urchin, Needle, Echinostrephus sp. My first thought was this guy though- Saltwater Aquarium Inverts for Marine Reef Aquariums: Pencil Urchin

Also yes it is the first one maybe a different color morph but looks like same rings and body style.

Not sure the ID but I hope that your frags are secure. I "HAD" one and it wrecked my tank. They are small but sturdy....

Yeah they secure. I have a pink pincouchin and he pulls anything that's not nailed to the floor
